* Please note that turnaround times are based on my schedule and are prone to change. They are also based purely on the time from when I START working on your piece, and they are almost guaranteed to increase if your piece is complex, if you want extra correspondence time, or if you order more than one character. If you ask for progress updates, that could expand turnaround time as well, since I may ask more questions than usual. However, do note that these turnarounds are an overestimation, and are not meant to be surpassed unless one of the bolded factors is true for your commission.
Your response time can be a big factor in how quickly your piece gets done! If you expect it to be done quickly, please keep your eye out for my messages, and respond as soon as possible. If it's not a time-sensitive piece, it's not expected for you to respond right away, as I might have trouble doing so too, but just remember that pieces may take longer because of correspondence!

Terms of Service
My Do's And Don'ts:
I DO:
Draw humans and humanoidsDraw the entire sex and gender spectrum for humans (as well as ferals)Have experience with human/humanoid/anthro: male anatomy, masculine bodies, female anatomy, and feminine bodies. This excludes lower genitalia, however, as I simply prefer not to draw it.Draw anthros, animals/feral, dragons, fantasy creatures, basically any monster-like or organic creature with a referenceDraw LIGHT mech: humanoid mechs, androids with noncomplicated parts, etc.Draw top nudity and full nudity WITHOUT details on lower genitalia (usually for a naked fullbody reference).Slightly spicy/suggestive works. Suggestive looks/teasing/kisses with a bit more going on but nothing showing.
I DON'T:
Draw Mecha, complex robot characters, or characters with a great variety of mechanical parts. Please feel free to ask, though, if you're unsure of whether your character is too complex.Draw sexual acts, clear pleasuring acts, or extreme NSFW acts in any way. This INCLUDES kinks and kinkwear.Anything messy in terms of suggestive works.Draw detailed nudity or suggestive content of MINOR characters.Draw suggestive content unless you are over the age of 18.Draw heavy goreDraw age regression (Nothing against it, it just makes me a bit uncomfortable at the thought of drawing it)Draw anything that makes me uncomfortable for that matter (Feel free to ask if it's not listed above)
Payment:
All prices on their respective pages are PER characterMin. 50% downpayment for all pieces to be started, and the rest must be paid once I confirm I have finished (with a preview). The full price of the piece should be paid within 10 days from the time the piece is finished. If you do not pay by then, there is a 20% fee for delayed payment. Full piece will be sent once everything is paid.I do not do payment plans but I can reserve a slot for you for up to 5 days and can also delay the process for up to 7 days after you send the downpayment, giving you more time if you're waiting on a paycheck.If the price is not set or its a large piece, I will send you a quote and then work on a sketch first before giving you your total.I take all payment through paypal. You should not need to be signed up to send payment, but you will need to provide them with a credit card or bank to transfer from.No refunds if I have started your piece! If I have not started, however, you will receive a full refund.Fees apply to ALL types of commissions. Please check them over carefully.
Fees:
"Base price" = the price for the type of commission (i.e. general fullbody) x the number of characters. So for a general commission of 2 fullbodied characters, the base price is 170$.
"Character price" = the price for that type of commission for just one character. So if you buy a general commission of 2 fullbodied characters, and there's a complex outfit fee on one character, that fee will apply to just the price of that one character (in this case, 85$)

Clarification on what you'll get when you order a headshot, bust, half, or fullbody from me. If need be I will negotiate on creatures.

Upon Commissioning, You Agree To:
Not claim the work as your own.Not redistribute or market the work on sites like RedBubble, Etsy, or merchandise-selling sites of any kind. If it is for a character you own, you may add the value of the work to the price of your character if you plan on selling them, however.Ensure credit is maintained when posting to toyhouse or other sites! Please be sure to credit my toyhouse account (JayJem) when posting there. I will likely post the piece to my own social medias, so retweeting/reblogging/sharing my own post is preferred over you posting it. However so long as you credit and link to the place you commissioned me from, I do not mind.Allow me to stream the process of your commission, as well as share my process with others (I will use a watermarked version to prevent theft).Allow me to share the finished image on my art websites (carrd, deviantart) as well as social media, and with others.
What you can do with your commissions:
If the piece is for a character you own, you may add the price of my commission to the overall value of your character.If it's a custom character I created for you, you may assign any gender identity or sexuality you wish to said character (even if it's a pre-made.) You may also re-sell the character at any point you wish.You may use custom characters in whatever creative content you'd like. This includes RPs, webcomics, written stories, etc. So long as whatever you create with them includes your own original content of some kind, I do not mind even if you profit off said content. HOWEVER, obvious credit is expected if you plan to use a character I've created for such purposes (apart from RPs)You may NOT, however, use GENERAL artwork I've created in a webcomic, even with credit. This can easily be misconstrued as claiming the work as your own, so the artwork of a character has to be completely your own (or at least original, if you're working with someone else).
